We are part of a team hosting a great EARTH DAY Festival at BALDWIN BEACH park on Sunday, April 20th from 10 AM-7 PM. We are inviting you to come and have fun. Great bands and music, great food, reuniting with friends — a really good time from 10am to sunset. What a gas!
Earth Foundation (“EF”) is a co-producer, co-sponsor, and a host of the EARTH DAY party at BALDWIN BEACH. EF’s Lorayne Lipps is doing amazing work full time as a key coordinator for this event. We’re proud of everything Lorayne and others are doing to help make this the great event it will be.
We would love to offer you a free space at our event to have a booth, display or materials for environmental and public awareness development.
This is an established, extremely well attended event held at Baldwin Beach Park from 10 am to sunset. We would love to have you there as we have such an exceptional line up of performers and speakers, and have generated historically a great turn out of around 2,000 people. It’s a great event, very festive, fun, and informative, and as you know, this is a great way to mobilize the community into action.
€ We offer booth space as a community service for free.
€ We have an incredible Public Action, News Worthy event Planned for 3 pm with a Helicopter for Photo/Video aerial coverage of human/banner for Carbon Emission Reduction.
€ We have a wonderful Keiki corner with art, music, and project facilitators.
€ We have a diverse selection of food and drinks.
€ There is covered space in the Pavilion, and another large event tent is expected for the Environmental and Public Awareness Groups.
€ We have included poster and handout attachments which have some of the featured Performers and Speakers listed. This email can be used as a script for phone outreach.
All you need to do is:
1) Confirm, and provide us with:
2) Your company name, the representative who will be there, and contact information: Cell phone, email.
3) The type of display you have:
a) Interactive, games, etc.
b)Table, Fliers and Promo material (Please use paper weights).
c) Display boards- provide the size and format of presentation (self standing, hanging, tacked, taped).
4) Confirm if you have your own table.
If you need a table please contact Lorayne by Wednesday.
5) This is free to the public, however, we will have donation stations on site.
